Cancellation & Rebooking

Rebooking and Cancellations (e.g. route, departure time, date of travel) are only allowed if requested with more than 60 minutes of anticipation of the original departure time.

You can reschedule your trip within the original 90 day validity period and no beyond. A rescheduling fee of $5.00 will be charged at the time of request.

Cancellations can only be carried out on Las Vegas Shuttles-websites, offices or by partner agencies and ticket outlets of Las Vegas Shuttles up to 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. A return trip is considered one booking.

Drivers cannot change or cancel bookings for you.

In the event of a cancellation, a cancellation voucher will be issued. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for their cash value. Simply use it for your next trip with Las Vegas Shuttles by entering it during the booking process. This cancellation voucher is valid for 2 months and entitles the passenger to make a new booking within this period up to the value of the voucher. If the price of the new booking is more than the value of the voucher, the difference will need to be paid. If the price is lower, the difference will remain on the cancellation voucher and can be used for a different booking. These provisions may change in case of promotional offers that are valid for a limited time only. More detailed information can be found in the terms and conditions of the promotion on the web portal.

For each cancellation, a cancellation fee may be charged per journey and per passenger. The amount of the fee depends on the scheduled departure date and time of cancellation, but the cancellation fee will in no case be higher than the ticket price.

• In case of cancellations at least 14 days before departure the cancellation is free of charge (0% penalty),
• In case of cancellation between 3 and 13 days before the date of departure the cancellation fee is 10%,
• In case of cancellation between 1 and 2 days before the date of departure the cancellation fee is 25%,
• In case of cancellation less than 1 day before the date of departure the cancellation fee is 50%.

The cancellation voucher is issued in the amount of the ticket price minus the cost of the cancellation process. In the event of a change in passenger name, the difference must be paid if the fare has increased in the meantime. The phone number can be changed free of charge.

The cancellation periods for the calculation of the cancellation fee are based on the exact time of booking (hh:mm:ss), exact time of departure (hh:mm:ss) as well as on the exact time of cancellation (hh:mm:ss). Thus, each “day” as described in 5.6 is calculated 24 hours from the time of planned departure or booking and not on the basis of calendar days.

Cancellation is not applicable if:

You have already used your ticket in whole or in part (including round-trip tickets).

You have lost your ticket information. We recommend that you always keep notes of your ticket number, phone number used for the reservation, proof of ID and date of your outbound trip (if applicable).

The journey is delayed for less than 120 minutes (unfortunately, factors such as traffic, weather conditions and mechanical problems mean that we cannot guarantee our or arrival times).

If you have already purchased a full price ticket but are eligible for a discounted ticket (we cannot refund or issue a voucher for the discount - you must ask for the discount when you purchase the ticket).

If you did not show up for check-in 1 hour before your trip departure time, if you failed to show up or if you were not found at your pick-up stop (if applicable).

If a refund voucher is used for a booking, these cancellation terms and conditions also apply to the new journey.

None of the aforementioned processing charges, cancellation fees or any transfer fees apply if the reimbursement is requested for reasons which are the responsibility of Las Vegas Shuttles. The credit of the fare, minus any processing charge or any transfer fee, will only be paid exclusively to the account specified by the customer when placing the order, or to their credit card account if they paid by credit card.
